Granite Export FAQ
Which granite varieties does Satvaexport supply from India?
+
We export Absolute Black, Black Galaxy, Tan Brown, Steel Grey, Kashmir White, Fire Red, and Mudgal Grey granite as rough blocks, gangsaw slabs, cut-to-size slabs, and calibrated tiles.
What is the minimum order quantity for granite slabs?
+
One 20ft container is our standard minimum for slabs and tiles. Rough blocks are supplied from a single container load upward, and mixed-variety containers can be arranged for trial orders.
Which thicknesses and finishes are available?
+
Slabs in 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, and 30mm, tiles in 10mm to 18mm, with mirror-polished, honed, flamed, leathered, brushed, and bush-hammered finishes.
How are granite slabs packed for sea freight?
+
Slabs are bundled with foam separators, corner protectors, and steel strapping inside heat-treated ISPM-15 wooden crates. Containers are stuffed under supervision so weight is balanced and material cannot shift in transit.
Can I see photographs of my actual lot before shipment?
+
Yes. We share slab-by-slab photos and video of the selected lot for approval, and third-party pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on request.
Which ports and countries do you ship to?
+
We load from Chennai, Krishnapatnam, and Mundra and ship to the UK, Turkey, UAE, South Korea, and buyers across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia on FOB or CIF terms.
How long does production and delivery take?
+
Production usually takes 12 to 20 days after order confirmation, plus sea transit of roughly 18 to 35 days depending on the destination port.
