    Our Granite Quarry & Factory

A controlled four-stage workflow that turns raw quarry blocks from Karnataka into export-grade slabs, tiles, and blocks ready for international buyers.

    Block Selection

Every order begins at the quarry, where raw granite blocks are hand-picked for colour consistency, grain pattern, density, and freedom from cracks. Only export-grade blocks move forward.

    Precision Cutting

Blocks are loaded onto multi-wire and gangsaw machines that slice them into slabs and tiles with millimetre accuracy — uniform thickness, clean edges, minimum material loss.

    Surface Finishing

Slabs run through automated polishing lines for mirror, honed, leathered, or flamed finishes, then pass a multi-point inspection for shine, flatness, and surface defects.

    Export Packing

Finished slabs are bundled in seaworthy ISPM-15 crates with foam padding, corner protectors, and steel strapping. Containers are stuffed under supervision for damage-free arrival.
