Six controlled steps from your first enquiry to a tracked container at your port — documented, inspected, and packed for damage-free arrival.
Step 02
Sample & Confirmation
Sample tiles or slab photographs are sent for approval. On agreement we issue a proforma invoice covering price, Incoterms, lead time, and payment terms.
Step 03
Lot Reservation & Processing
Your blocks are reserved at the quarry, cut on gangsaw or multi-wire lines, then polished to the agreed finish and numbered bundle by bundle.
Step 04
Inspection & Documentation
Third-party or in-house pre-shipment inspection, followed by invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any buyer-specific documents.
Step 05
Packing & Stuffing
Slabs are crated in ISPM-15 seaworthy wooden bundles with foam and steel strapping, then stuffed under supervision with photo records shared with you.
Step 06
Shipping & Tracking
Container handover at Chennai, Krishnapatnam, or Mundra. You receive the bill of lading, sailing schedule, and tracking until arrival at your port.
